A native Houstonian and a third generation Texan; Sal believes real estate is a natural extension for his wealth of marketing expertise and interpersonal skills. An active person with an outgoing personality he has always had a passion for both houses and helping people. His background includes six years in mortgage lending as a loan officer which keeps him well versed on all sides of the home buying experience. Sal is also a Certified Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. As an Institute Member, he is part of an international network of real estate professionals who specialize in the luxury market.   Strong listening, communication skills, conversant in Spanish combined with technological proficiency, are Sal's strengths. He is diligent about staying in touch with both active clients and previous buyers and sellers, keeping them abreast of trends in their neighborhoods using cutting-edge technology. Sal maintains a positive attitude and has incredible energy and a level head, necessary attributes in often complicated negotiations and transactions. He is always accessible to his clients. He is readily involved in the community and donates his time to charitable causes.. He currently sits on the Board of directors for an organization that has served the Houston community for the last 20 years.
